Following the success of the First Cyberport Cup in 2006, the Second Cyberport Cup held in 2007 was accomplished with remarkable achievements. With the enthusiastic participation from local and overseas competitors, the event was also expanded into a 2-day event. We were honoured to have the presence of Master Oldham from the UK and Master Chew from Malaysia in this year’s tournament. Visiting teams from England, Scotland and Japan as well as local competitors demonstrated their efforts of training over these days and competed fiercely in all patterns and sparring events. The cheers from the spectators for their supporting teams trembled the whole shopping arcade. Apart from the high standard of competition, public spectators were also treated with fantastic demonstration of taekwon-do skills by the local and overseas teams, as well as the demonstration sparring of ITF taekwon-do against other martial arts. The spirits of competitors as well as spectators were high throughout these two memorable days.
